Warranty
Your purchase is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Tarnishing
• Broken chains (where applicable)

The warranty does not cover:

• Lost items
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or dents
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper care

After the 6-month warranty period, we're happy to repair your item for a minimal fee whenever possible.

To submit a warranty claim or request a repair, please contact us at suriart.sales@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that any repairs or alterations performed by a third party will void the warranty.

To keep your piece looking its best:

• Do not place in a dishwasher.
• Do not wash in a washing machine.

Returns & Exchanges
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
