Warranty
Your purchase is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Tarnishing
• Broken chains (where applicable)

The warranty does not cover:

• Lost items
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or dents
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper care

After the 6-month warranty period, we're happy to repair your item for a minimal fee whenever possible.

To submit a warranty claim or request a repair, please contact us at suriart.sales@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that any repairs or alterations performed by a third party will void the warranty.

Product Care
To keep your piece looking its best:
Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray, and other chemicals, as they can cause the metal to tarnish. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming and avoid prolonged exposure to water. When not wearing your piece, store it in a dry place, preferably in its original pouch or jewelry box. 

To clean, use a liquid sterling silver cleaner, then rinse well with water and dry thoroughly— preferably with a hair dryer on a cool setting. Gently polish with a soft, dry jewelry cloth to bring back the shine.

Returns & Exchanges
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
