Most orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days. Transit time will vary depending on the designer you choose. Read the processing time of each item chosen.

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email from Support@suri-art.com.
We would like your items to arrive quickly and safely. For speeding shipping times we use the 3 days expedited DHL shipping method. Please Note: Due to Covid-19 there may be unexpected delays.
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
Changed your mind? We are happy to refund or exchange unwanted items in perfect condition within 14 days of arrival. Please send us an email at email@example.com where one of our customer service representatives will be able to start your return. When returning non-defective items, you are responsible for the shipping fees and all other inferred costs. Please be aware that all items to be returned must be sent directly to our warehouse in the US or in Israel. If not, we will be unable to begin processing your refund.

Jewelry, books, and clothing in perfect condition
All items must retain their original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Please note: Gold jewelry, as well as home decor and Judaica items made from 925 sterling silver, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact our Customer Service team for details.

My item is damaged
If your product is broken or otherwise defective, you must let us know within seven days of receiving your package. Send photographs of the damaged item to our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org We'll refund your return shipping costs and either issue a refund or send a replacement item according to your wishes.
I received the wrong Item From time to time, things can get mixed up. If you have received the wrong item please contact our customer service department by emailing us at email@example.com specifying your order confirmation number. With sufficient photo proof, we can begin the process of getting the correct item to you. My order wasn’t delivered on time In order to better serve you, we offer an option for you to choose your desired delivery date on the checkout page. If your order didn't arrive on time, your order is eligible for a full refund or store credit.
