Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Due to the delicate nature and high value of our products, we offer door-to-door shipping. We work with different couriers such as DHL or FedEx, depending on the items and size of the order.

Most orders leave our facility
within 1-2 business days. Transit time will vary depending on the designer you
choose. Please take a look at our estimated delivery tool that is located in
every product page to see the estimated delivery date for your order. As soon
as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email
from Support@suri-art.com.

Keep in mind that Jewish and
legal holidays may affect shipping times. Custom orders may take longer
depending on the production time of the products you ordered. Estimated transit
times for our shipping methods are below:

Sure! Along with the confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to check the status of your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Certainly! On the product page, you’ll find a small “Gift Options” tab
beneath your items. In this drop-down, you’ll find space to add a gift message. We’ll print it out and include it in your package. It’s a great way to make a special gift more personal.

Definitely. Beneath the items, you’ll find a tab called “Gift”. Check the box. we will only include the information necessary for gift exchanges, and will not contain the full invoice.
